General terms & conditions
All purchases made at Cosmic Bikes are backed by our 30-day guarantee, and may be returned within that time for full credit, exchange or refund. Returns and exchanges must be accompanied by original receipt. Returned merchandise must be in LIKE-NEW condition. Items that are opened, damaged, or do not have a receipt may be denied refund or exchange.
Items that are deemed to be defective will be processed in accordance with applicable manufacturer's or vendor's warranties.
Returns of orders made through our website require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, available by calling or emailing us at [email protected], subject line: RETURNS.
Cosmic Bikes reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, except cash refunds over $50 will be issued by company check. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card or PayPal statement. Once we process a refund, we have no control over its timing, as that is strictly determined by the credit card issuing bank.
If you feel you have a warranty issue with an item you purchased from Cosmic Bikes, please contact us or bring the item by the store. Most of our vendors offer limited warranties against defects in materials and workmanship, and we will work with them to get you a replacement product if the warranty applies.
Please note that repair or replacement of damaged or defective items is at the manufacturer's discretion. In the event that the manufacturer is unable to fulfill your warranty claim, Cosmic Bikes is not responsible for repairing or replacing it.
We accept all major credit cards, ApplePay and PayPal, and of course cash in person at the store. We do not accept personal checks.
We can only ship to a residential address that matches the billing address of the credit card used to make your purchase. Under no circumstances will we ship items to PO Boxes, or global shipping lockers or warehouses. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
We take your privacy extremely seriously, and we never sell lists or email addresses. We require your complete contact information for bicycle purchases, major services and other large purchases, so we can track your bike's serial number, contact you in case of recalls, and important service updates. We don't share your personal information with anybody. We maintain an email list of customers who opt-in expressly, verifiably, and revocably, to keep informed of news, events, special offers and sales.
